Kerzner Associates purchased a forty-nine acre site in Cranbury Township, fronting the NJ Turnpike from Cities Service in 1983. Kerzner Associates received subdivision approval and brought all necessary utilities to the site, called Eight-A Corporate Centre. This was the first development of this kind in Cranbury Township. Presently, there are nine buildings constructed by A. Kerzner, Inc. and managed by Kerzner Associates, ranging in size from 54,000 to 101,000 sq ft. These buildings offer exceptional height, together with an abundance of loading, coupled with prime access to Exit 8A of the NJ Turnpike and an excellent environment.
